Hi! I’m Casey and welcome to my ridiculously fat heart.
I like to think that I don’t just have a sweet tooth, I have sweet teeth. It’s a problem really. You know that “just eat half and save the other half for later?” thing? No. I will get two. One for now, and one for later! Dessert is my absolute weakness so I thought… why make it a weakness? Why not have delicious treats that are indulgent, satisfying, gluten free and delicious.
Oh, I also make a mean breakfast.
Currently enrolled in a Culinary Nutrition program in the wonderful city of Toronto, Ontario, I hope to share my nutrition goals, and fun, interesting recipes with all y’all.
